I ordered dinner, the salad was trash, and the steaks were undercooked and very tough. I called a manager and was told I would have to deal with Door Dash. See below the salad I ordered and the salad I received. So sad to see the quality go down at what used to be my favorite Outback. Manager did not offer anything to me. She could have done something. Awful.

Really nice food and our server was really friendly and helpful. The reason for only 4 stars is it was absolutely freezing cold in the restaurant and we ended up getting blankets from the car

So Dissatisfied and Disappointed, We came here on January 1 to celebrate the new year The service was horrible I have called corporate left a message to Avail , no one has returned my call to rectify the situation of what a bad night we had how our food was so burnt (as you can see in the pictures) it was really distasteful, the broccoli was so overcook it was like a mush of potato everything was just bad all around the food quality was disgusting 🤮 for what we paid will not be back 💯 thanks Coorporate for NOT Caring !!!!

Well not sure about Outback anymore. Today we had ordered the 6oz outback with salad and baked potato. We ordered my steak medium, extra butter, sour cream on the potatoes. The order finally came and the steaks were extremely cooked on one side and rare on the other. The butter looked like it had been frozen. I ate my potato and when the server finally came by she offered desert. I told her there is a major problem with my steak. I showed her both sides and she stated it looks rare. (the picture does not really show how rare the steak was on the one side) I flipped it over and showed her the other side that was hard as a brick and extremely well done. She proceeded to ask if I wanted it redone. I said no just take it off the check everyone else is done eating. She said she had to go tell her manager about this because they have been f'ing up in the back a lot lately. That really took be back that she said that to me. She actually said the word. But she actually needs to have some customer service training herself. When we were going to order my friend was making up his mind and told me to order I said no just decide and the server said someone order I have other things to do. When she brought the salads, she kind of just dropped them off and took off very quickly. Did not place them in front of us. Put them in the middle of the table. We reached for our salads. Just an extremely bad all around. The manager did not even come over and apologize and neither did the server.

There are plastic sheetings between the booths all the employees wear masks and you must have a mask on to enter the building and after you're through eating you must replace your mask, every table is sanitized for your safety after you leave and before you get there.
every single location in the USA no matter where you are each and every outback serves all coke products including barqs fanta dr pepper etc.
