I was able to make an appointment within 2 hours of trying. The Doctor listened to what I thought was going on. She also did an exam. She gave me what she thought i should do and then listened to my concerns or thoughts of about the plan. I appreciated being heard and having a say in my care. The plan worked well and I am on the mend.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I took my wife to get checked with minor sores in her throat. She was told just may be a bacterial infection just suck on some cough drops and gargle with salt water. No prescription for some antibiotics or anything. Basically a vital check and strep throat test for 175 dollars....place is a joke!!

I had my doubts coming here because it's a walk in clinic, but I really needed to go to a doctor that could see me last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. I didn't have to wait long, and the two nurse practitioners I saw were so nice and easy to talk to, it was almost like visiting with friends. The prescription they had sent to the pharmacy was also ready in only about 5 minutes or less. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Doesn't even deserve a star! Horrible automated phone system then when you finally get through the nurse practitioner kept disconnecting the call. Told her not to put me on hold that I've already called a few times and tried speaking w/her and she acknowledged my voice then hung up yet again, which I feel was deliberate. I called the store itself to see if perhaps they were just busy, giving the benefit of the doubt but that wasn't the case either. Won't even bother with this service again if this is how they handle a simple phone call.
