Will not deliver because of "inclement" conditions, then will not answer their phone so I can ask a question regarding my package! What happened to their motto, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" seriously it's just snow!

Our mail lady has had an attitude almost every time she even has to get out of her vehicle to drop a package at the door. I’ve had 2 packages not even show up that were sent Usps. And even got the cops called on us and when the cop came out (which I had asked about for a previous situation that was discussed) it is NOT illegal to park in front of a mailbox.. we just won’t get our mail. If you hate your job that bad... let’s just find a new job instead. Threatening to have our vehicles towed because it’s an inconvenience for you parked on the street and not blocking a mailbox is childish.

EDIT: Adding an edit to my original review. I had a very pleasant experience with the front desk staff yesterday. The gal I worked with was quick, efficient, and nice. Redeems the establish for sure; hopefully the route driver below has gotten better. ORIGINAL: Driver on the N Pacific route shoved all of my mail in a neighbor up the road’s box. Thankfully the neighbor was kind enough to search for my phone number online and call, I had some very time sensitive mail after moving across the state. Really not that hard to read and address’s number AND name.... should either re-train and teach them how to read, or re-hire someone who will put a little effort out.

If I could give -10 I would. I have been having issues for months now of missing mail or my mail being put in other people's mailbox. And when I have a big package delivered no one knocks on my door nothing. How I am I supposed to know you dropped it off it no one knocks? I had a big package getting ready to be sent to me from USP and then dropped it off here and now I have been fighting for two days now to get my package. I understand that it takes time but I was told by the rudest mail lady working in the front office that I could come pick it up at 830 so I am here 855 and they are now telling me I have to wait till 930. It's my mail and it's like I can't get it? So ridiculous!

Yes
Not the store part of it.
If you pay for postage at the post office you would have a receipt with a tracking number but if you put postage stamp on letter and sent it off, there's no way for you to track the letter
Probl. Not.... you need to go to medicare's website for frequently asked questions and answers because of security reasons. Everything is personal and confidential and they don't want to hear it from anybody later that correspondence was not received, especially if it's a temporary address. Sounds like you need to talk to Medicare get the facts on your dilemma
That depends on the size of the po box and they are billed 6 or 12 months.
