I was told that I didn't need to worry about work history or 3x the rent to rent this room with shared living in Woodland, Wa. Then I wait to look at the room which was hours, then go to the management office back in Kelso and told I need proof of job, 3x rent, rental history, etc. It was a big waste of time and wished they would of told me the correct information the first time.

Wonderful! Would never go through anyone else! Beyond professional 👏 the ladies in their are caring, kind and work hard to try to make all parties happy! Pay your rent and keep your house clean and they will work very hard for you! I have had multiple house with them through out the years and they are alway so professional! Thank you ladies for all the hard work you guys do RR

Rented from New Spring for nine years. Wouldn’t respond to requests to fix things. When I moved out I gave proper notice, hired a cleaning person (and provided receipt) and left everything in good condition. Received an ‘estimate’ of charges due without explanation or itemized break down of what I owed for. I was waiting thinking I would receive an itemized statement (charges minus my deposit minus cleaning I had paid). Never received any itemized bill. Was then served and my wages garnished for amount owed. I still have no idea what the charges were for or even if they applied my deposits etc. Do not recommend renting from this agency.

I went to New Spring and I talked to Leslie, she helped me find an apartment. I did everything she asked and she in turn listened to what I needed. She was very helpful and I appreciate everything she did for me. Thank you! Leslie was awesome and very professional. She doesn’t work here anymore and when I decided to vacate they were very rude and nasty. I left the apt spotless but it didn’t matter, if you are considering renting from them, think twice.
