This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten my order wrong in a row, I’ve been sitting in here for 40 minutes waiting on a sandwich.

This restaurant has to be the worst Firehouse Subs I have ever eaten at. We were ignored when we walked in the door. There were two young ladies working and both acted like they didn't want to be there. The place looked dirty. The garbage can was overflowing. Trash was falling out of the top. The drink machine was nasty. One of the ladies went into the back to get something, it looked like a bag of sandwich meat, and was throwing it up in the air and dropped it on the floor and started laughing. We were rhere for about 15 minutes and I never saw them speak to anyone that walked in the door. They definitely need some PR training.

The last time I was here it was a tasteless sandwich. This time it was one of the BEST sandwiches ever. Had a NY Steamer. Corned beef and pastrami were outstanding. Looks like a lot of newer staff and a manager / owner level person at register. Very impressed with this experience today in Destin. Great job today folks!!!!!!

I ordered a sub, a chili and a soda. There was only one other person ahead of me amd nobody else in the place. After waiting about 15 mins, they finally called my name..... only my sandwich was waiting. I asked about the chili, to which they had no idea I ordered. Then to find out they didn't even have the chili made. I asked if I could have a side salad instead..... to which I was told.... we will have to charge you more. Seriously???? Terrible customer service
