Matt Kadwell was a great find! He was the only contractor to get us back up batteries for our system. Very knowledgeable contractor and his staff are all very professional- highly recommend! UPDATED REVIEW: 2years post installation We have had some issues with our system and have found that the back up batteries aren’t working properly. One battery was faulty and causing issues with the system. Our battery has been removed & returned months ago and still no replacement from LG, and no options offered by Matt. We have lost power a few times and found the batteries are not enough to power the house. In hindsight, I probably would not install batteries for the extra expense. Another issue, the power went out due to wind, the sun was shining and we didn’t have power from the solar system. The system definitely has some glitches -we had high expectations from the system and Sumpter but unfortunately, have been somewhat disappointed in both.

This business does not live up to the “we can fix everything” reputation. The techs left without finishing, I was lied to for ten days, then they declined to finish the job or refund any money. Do not patronize them.
