UPDATE: Thank you for hiring the 3 employees who were working tonight. All 3 of them helped us get shoes for my granddaughters; one for the prom _ great suggestion for her shoes; and basketball shoes for my youngest granddaughter! These 3 employees are amazing!!!! OLD COMMENT:. Walked in, hardly anyone in there, 3 employees at the register talking to each other, complaining about something, never once acknowledged us...we left without even considering purchasing anything due to poor service and shoes laying around on the floor at every turn.

Great selection of shoes, great prices and always good discounts. Customer service is okay. Went to check out and asked if they had a certain shoe that was in my size in stock and a woman at the counter was sorta rude and seemed annoyed. Immediately told me “No there’s no shoes in the back”. Gentleman who was checking me out was very nice and was going to look for me until she yelled at him from across the store and was yet again rude. Perhaps there’s really no extra stock in the back (which is fine), perhaps she was having a bad day, but should not take it out on those around her.

We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order.
