I chatted online because I wanted to confirm the latest I could bring my car in for an (overcharged) oil change (that always turn into new $40 filters needed). He had someone call me back from Feldman and he told me 5pm because they close at 6pm. I arrived at 4:45 to be turned away. I was told the latest I come in was 4:30. No apologies. Nothing but come back Monday. They have super long wait times, always try to add on additional services when all you want it an oil change and never fix my tires (when I have tire coverage). This was my last straw. I’ll never return.
