First experience in an actual branch and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa W. I was completely blown away by the level of service I received — absolutely amazing and probably the only person I will ask for if I have to go back in for anything else. In fact, everyone I saw was so nice, despite being overwhelmed by the number of people in the lobby (see note below) but, even with all of that, I never felt rushed for a moment. Lisa took the time to make sure I had every question answered and even made sure I was aware of their no-cost financial wellness options and some other account types (I didn’t need any but I’m calling her the moment I do!). My only complaint: HR might need to look at the number of people assigned to this branch because the branch manager was very busy having to conduct the orchestra to ensure we didn’t wait for more than an hour to sit down with someone (thankfully mine was only 40ish minutes). She did an -amazing- job (and it was well worth the wait) but give these folks some more help. Bottom line: a great first impression of Vystar customer service!
