Purchasing a vehicle site unseen is always daunting, but not with these folks. Not only was my E46 M3 as mint as they claimed, but the purchasing process was equally seamless. The folks are Lafontaine are professional, honest, know what they're talking about, and are more than competent leveraging the technology of the day to facilitate an online purchase (it is 2022 after all!). They even arranged for shipping of the car, which was cheaper than it would have been for me to fly out and drive it home (Vermont). I was in college when this car was produced, and wanted one ever since. So fortunate to finally have one in the garage. Thanks Lafontaine!

Highly disappointed. Ordered what was advertised as a ready to drive . Multiple problems . Radiator was gunked to hell had to flush for about for 4 hours . Fuel hose was cracked and had to replace . I have to replace all heater hoses and plug a hole in the firewall . Also have to pay to get all the wiring re done because of how poorly it’s done . No Ac also for the car and was never advertised as that .ignition coil had to be replaced as well. Car after 4 days of owning will not start because of faulty wiring . 83 mustang was the vehicle. Just like the other customer states . They took an old car that had all this work done to it . Did nothing to clean or fix any of the problems and flip it for profit ! I posted this 2 days before Gina did so they knew of the problems . And I reached out to them before I put this up . I keep updating this for fellow shoppers to for warn you guys . Whenever I update it it posts as a new review. Update is I’m about to be 1000+ into this car .... sad . Was told multiple times the car was looked over . It was blamed on transportation. Sorry excuses for over looked problems . Transportation doesn’t cause a gunked radiator , poor wiring or non replaced dry rotted fuel lines . They do very good advertising.....Another update July first - pulled the distributor for the car and noticed the teeth of it were chipped off and now I’m not even sure what motor is in the car if it’s a true 302 or Windsor block . The distributor was for a Windsor and I was sold the car as advertised with a 302 in it .update again guys July second . The oil drain plug was stripped . So they never fixed that . And also now after speaking to Mackenzie the owner again ... he is now blaming me for my driving why the car isn’t working .... I own 2 other mustangs and have driven a 72 Plymouth cuda with 750 hp . So no driving has nothing to do with a hand tight distributor that was moving up and down since it’s a cammed car . What I found out today was I don’t even have a 302 that they told me I had in the car . It’s a 351 Windsor motor 😂. Also driving has nothing to do with the distributor teeth getting chopped up and off and broken into the motor . Driving would be transmission related 😂. 7/28 updated I’m almost done going over the car entirely pretty much 2500 into it . Car needs a new sway bar since they never looked to see if it cleared the oil pan or not . Toe links were 2 completely different sizes . And sadly the motor was tapped for nitrous and has the holes capped into the block . So idk if it had nitrous on it or not ... 7/29 update car is knocking bad most likely a bad valve from when it had nitrous . This classic car dealer is god awful . FINAL UPDATE 9/1. Motor needs rebuilt because the car had nitrous that was undisclosed with me and has bad piston rings / pistons .

Thanks to Declan Cullen and the team at LaFontaine for the dream car i have wanted for 30 years. After taking delivery I sent it to my mechanic, then the detailer, both of these men who are sticklers for detail, were blown away at the rebuild. "Phenomenal" & "Flawless" were used generously. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back for a 2nd dream car.
