Took my truck up there to get an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up calling me and saying I needed new rotors and brake pads. Says it was “wearing big grooves” in my rotors. Was gunna charge me $550 and went home took them off and rotors smooth as silk and brake pads still had plenty of pad. Been going there for years for my truck and that was probably the last time I’ll go. Not getting any service from me again.

Cares about your problem. Close to closing, I roll in unexpected with a flat tire. They immediately put me in a stall and put a technician on fixing it ASAP. Then they said No charge. I know where I will buy my next set of tires. And where you would do good to buy yours

I’ve been going to Scott Stevens since I started driving at 16. Once the ownership changed, I haven’t gotten the service I used to get. They fixed my radiator hose, but used a more expense source without asking me. The labor and the part were the same price, $130 for a hose and $130 for an hour of labor that probably took 30 minutes tops. I say 30 minutes because they said it’s a free inspection. So much for 16 years of being a committed customer.
