First time home buyer. The overall experience was okay but there is a HUGE lack of quality control. Absolutely, no customization of your home whatsoever, so youd think they give an outstanding product if they're building off their template but yours. I had to repaint the entire interior of my home within the first week the walls were filthy from just dust, and paint left the walls feeling like paper, so any attempt to clean with soap and water just made it worse. The walls are not smooth they have this texture that made repainting a huge pain(of course the model they show you had smooth walls). I had a list of issues to be fixed for Stan their construction manager. They were never addressed. The master plan for my home showed there was supposed to a privacy fence installed on the zero lot line side of my backyard. When I call Stan to inquire about why it had not been installed, hed said he'd look into it. Next day I came back home and the master plan was taken from my pantry. I called Stan multiple times to inquire about the fence that was part of the plan and find out why he took the plans from my home. He never called me back and never answered my calls again. The Floorplans are honestly great, the sq footage is used up very well. The gardens did get that right. The community is okay. The hoa is a pain. If your looking to buy just be aware, even though it's new construction these are NOT turn key homes. You will need to work on the home you minute you move in.

I am a first time home buyer and I recently purchased a home at Bent Creek by Lennar in Fort Pierce. My family and I are incredibly disappointed with the quality of workmanship in our home. The original feature list provided and agreed to during our walkthrough was NOT addressed, in turn a slew of malfunctions and damage to ameninties which were addressed prior to closing were left unrepaired.. There were things that we were promised and did not receive; tiles broken by construction were never replaced, they installed cracked windows and I never got an update on when they'd repair them after I called. I closed on my home in June 20th and moved in on July 1st, just 2 days after offically moving in, my AC stopped working and the interior of my home reached temperatures of 95⁰F. Someone was sent out to repair it and a week later it's broken again. The shower in one of the master bedrooms was built poorly and incorrectly so it floods the entire bathroom and pours over into the bedroom and walk-in closet. In order to repair this, they'll have to uproot my entire bathroom and rebuild it. There is a serious lack of customer service and quality control, it seems like they really rushed the process of building and ignored critical details. The New Home Consultants seem to be very inexperienced; they were unable to produce appropriate solutions to issues that existed before we arrived. We are having many issues upon moving in and it takes a very long time for the company to respond.
