After looking up Costal Complete Cares hours online and checking their hours on the door before we ever walked in, it stated on BOTH that they closed at 6:00 pm. At 5:30 on the dot, I brought my two children in for some concerns I had because their Pediatrician’s office was closed. I was turned away and told that they don’t accept any patients after 5:00. The receptionist acted throughly annoyed that we had even shown up and stated in a begrudging tone, that if we wanted to we could come back in the morning we could but that she’d have to get the key to log back into her computer to print off us the forms. Basically that we were causing an inconvenience for her. I told her not to worry about it and left. My problem here is not with the receptionist wanting to get off work and being annoyed by our mere presences. It’s the advertised times. If you stop accepting patients at 5:00 THEN FREAKING put that as your hours closed 8-5 on the website and on the damn door. You wasted my time. I know that I’m not the only person this has happened to. I would’ve never shown up if you had your hours posted correctly and you would not be receiving this three star review. Be better. Do Better.
