I think that it's Monday through Friday from 6am til 9pm and and the weekend is from 6am til 10pm

Maybe for a day, maybe even one night, but there are a lot of residential buildings right there, so not for extended stay. I woukdnt build a fire or set up a tent, hut you could orobably get away with a couple blankets or something.
If you are asking about the old Marina I don't know what they are doing with that property. The public boat ramp and docks are already repaired. If you are asking about the walkway that goes to the end of the canal, I don't have that information either.
