Snhomish Health and Rehabilitation is one of the most caring facility I have been to. The way they handled COVID-19 with their patients and visitors went beyond what I expected. I would refer any type of patients to this facility.

You have nothing bad to say about the staff. If something goes wrong they do their best to make it right. The Maintenance man has been real kind about fixing things. He is a pleasant person. I enjoy going out for outing with the activity department. My favorite outing was a drive up to the Skagit Valley to see the Tulips. It was so good to be able to get out of the building after the COVID Quarantine.

I have had a real pleasant experience here. I like and get along with everybody. I really enjoy the Activities & Therapy Department. Jared and I get along very good. We created a good bond and he has helped me out a lot. The food is good here. I felt like this is home, A home away from home. There wasn't anything bad I can say about my stay. While I was there I got a chance to ride and go on outings with the group and had a pleasant time. We even got to take a scenic drive to Seattle to see the Freemont Troll and the Seattle Skyline. I have made some friends and was able to encourage them to participate some group activities like coloring and the Walkers & Rollers. I would definitely recommend Snohomish Health and Rehab to anybody who needs their services.

we took our grandmother there was surprised to learn they got the most rude and prejudice caregivers (Ryan) ,but quite afew number not really bad. This caregiver thinks she own this facility. Ryan is a prejudice or probably a redneck. don't need even 1 star. Take caution when putting your loved ones there!!

our mother is living with us and we are having a battle with her about showering . She doesn't want to take a shower or a bath. she has dementia . How do you deal with someone not wanting to shower?

I'm sorry to hear about your mother. Sponge baths are honestly the way to go! Wipe down the face, arms, legs and pelvic area with a different wash cloth for each area. It will take a lot of patience and time but the bath will get done! Just remind her in a way that doesn't imply she needs to remember.. like saying" hi, ( her name ) my name is (your name) I am going to clean your arms. Now I am going to clean your face. maybe avoid saying bathing or shower. It can scare her
