Outside of them working with me while I was starting a new job, this is the worst complex and management companies (Greystar & PBBell). I’ve had water damage twice and the first, they never fixed the cause, just the damaged wall. Second time - this is the 14th day still waiting! Had a hole in my wall, since I moved in - STILL not fixed. There was a fire in my laundry room - painted over! I’ve been trying to get out of this apartment for the 8mos I’ve been here and they won’t let me move to a safer and healthier Apt. INSTEAD - tell me I’m clear to move out of the complex in whole 6mos early Vs accommodate a paying Naval Vet! You want to live somewhere that doesn’t respect the military - this is the place for you!

Lived here for 3 years. I let the new manager Heather this week and I am impressed. Heather introduced herself to me within seconds of walking in and she is top notch. I’m excited to see some much needed changes here

Place is average. 40+ year old buildings, falling apart. Landscapers starting their leaf blowers at 6:30AM. BBQ’s all ruined. Room wasn’t cleaned when I moved in. Management is pretty nice and made it easy to move in but they pretty much allow people to park wherever they want. They charge you monthly for pest control but haven’t seen one exterminator. Good community but the amenities and buildings kinda suck if I’m being honest.
