Ordered Honey BBQ wings. They gave us wings covered in ketchup??? None of the packaging was sonic branding. The employees had a very difficult time taking our order & handing it off to us. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Very dissatisfied and won't be coming back. I don't recommend it to anyone. Not at all like a Sonic across the bridge.

Got there and started ordering, person taking our order was short with us the entire time. They were out of just about everything. They didn't even have drinks for kids meals, and we don't a 2 year old soda. Also our slushes tasted like they added coloring and sugar to it. Very disappointed. Every time we go here it seems to get worse and worse.

I called ahead because we had a large school group. I was told a day before to use the app to order.. I prepared accordingly. The day of I called again because the app was then down... I was told to come into the lobby and we could order there. We arrived to find lobby closed signs on door and the outdoor order kiosks down. Spoke with a employee who agreed to open a kiosk for our order for 20 people.. I had all orders on paper, but they insisted to use the kiosk. The speakers were broken, the music was so loud outside the employee inside couldn't hear. The food came out within a decent time for that size of an order, but we were missing multiple meals... several adults went without simply because the time of it all was ridiculous. I called early to avoid stress for all parties involved, I wish they just would have said , we are short staffed and can't do large orders, or let us order inside.. the sign on the door after the employee had just told me to come inside was really upsetting. Seems like they were desperate for our money, but really could barely handle the situation. We won't be going back on the next feild trip, not worth the stress and delay.. we still had a 2 hour drive home after all that.

I love Sonic food and the variety of options, but the Poulsbo location (not sure about other locations) is SO SLOW all the time. No matter what time you go it takes 20 minutes or so to get through the drive-thru. The only time you get through quickly is if there is no one in line, which I'm not sure has every happened for me. I'd probably go more often if it wasn't so slow. And it's not the pandemic either, it was slow before the pandemic.
