I have a 89 pace arrow and they look down on older rvs, and their rates are pretty high I'm at main street in mesa rates are a lot lower out here, main st. East of Phoenix is a much better location I hope that helped you

We vacationed there for 2 weeks. We called the following year, she remembered us, but said she was booked 6 months out. Just tell her when you want to be there and to put you on the list. Her name is Angie, and she's a sweetheart.

The limit is 10 years old or newer. We do make an exception for people who stay with us for medical reasons or at the occasionally few limited spots in the back.
