I sincerely struggle when expressing dissatisfaction in the service industry… I just paid $150 for a microderm facial at this Massage Envy and the esthetician missed areas of my face in general, missed the requested target areas (T zone), and then only treated me from 11:12-11:38 when it was supposed to be a 60 minute facial at 11… I used to frequently get facials at Massage Envy a few years back (before a lot of products and procedures changed). I politely shared with the girls up front that I was “not a very happy camper and would like to understand if it’s the new normal or just this experience…” I tried to politely explain what was different from the video I watched of the microderm process with Massage Envy and as I was trying to explain myself, a gal who had been using her phone and drinking coffee up front interrupted me to start justifying the differences I noticed. Then she told me that they’d just “make a note for next time”. So I said something like “no thank you. That won’t be necessary. You’ve made it clear this is the new normal, so I’ll just be sure not to get another facial here.” And the girl just went back to her phone. Most service industry complaints from polite and sincere customers would get offered a corrective service or something to ensure a satisfied client (especially considering I’m a paid member). But I got interrupted and told my esthetician followed processes. I literally am crying in my car as I’m typing this. I was just trying to politely express I wasn’t satisfied and I was made to feel like an idiot. I at least managed to hold in the tears until I got to my car, but I don’t want to come back. For any services. The front desk is who you have to pass through for any and all services. If I cannot safely share with them my honest feedback then I’ll find another location or massage parlor who will. This was a very stressful and unfortunate experience that I pray nobody else has to experience. The esthetician Megan was nice, I just didn’t like the experience for numerous reasons. It was the people up front that I felt disrespected me.

An amazing experience every time I come in! I always pre book my appointments so that I can get in and usually do a facial AND massage in the same day! I have tried multiple therapists at this location and won't go anywhere else. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to booking appointments. Thank you Massage Envy!
