PA Tenney was very professional. Thorough in his explanation of the procedure received and of the recovery and therapy to follow.

I attended this appointment with my mother as her advocate. I am writing this review on her behalf. When we arrived and were on line to check in, a woman ahead of us told the receptionist that she had been trying to reach them by phone and there had been no answer for days and so she decided to walk in to reschedule her appointment. The receptionist's demeanor was flat. The woman asked to speak to a manger and was then told there was no manager on site. It was an interesting observation and I hoped was not reflective of the way the practice was run. When I checked my mother in next, the receptionist said we'd be seeing the doctor soon. I knew we had an appointment with a PA and so I asked if we were seeing the PA or a physician. She stammered a bit and then said, "well, yes, you'll be seeing the PA." We were taken into a patient room and met with the PA, Bridgette. It appeared that Bridgette had not reviewed my mother's MRI films in advance, and that she was seeing them on the screen for the first time in front of us (we provided the films and written report in advance). This suggested to me that her eyes were the only eyes on these films and a doctor had not reviewed them either. As my mother is 80 and has a herniated disk, this was more than a little concerning to me. She also screamed at my mother as if my mother were hearing impaired the entire time. My mother's hearing is quite acute. She is also highly present and cognitively in tact and found Bridgette's elevated voice irritating. Bridgette instructed my mother on the procedure she'd be receiving, and there was no further discussion about it. Bridgette did ask if we had any other questions. I asked at what point in this process do we see a physician. She stammered this time. Basically you don't see a physician at CORE until you are deemed surgical. We have chosen to pursue care with another physician who is taking a different approach.

Alex is an excellent PA. She’s very knowledgeable and compassionate. She cares about her patients and explains everything you need to know. I highly recommend Alex and like her a lot. If you happen to have her as your PA then you know you are in great hands.

David Eschler is the best! So is his medical assistant, Ashley. They will answer every question imaginable and instill confidence and positivity in rehabilitation. I have been seeing him for 7 years.

Through the patient portal. You need to provide some basic info then click the "schedule my appointment" button
They always emailed or texted me the paperwork to fill out prior to my appt about 1 week before my visit.
Do you have my chart if you look on there that might help. I have my chart and also if not ask them to send to your gmail and your phone can set a reminder. Or put it on your calendar in your phone. You can have 2 or 3 reminders.
Nope. No way. No live operators. No way to speak to anyone but the scheduling department.
Go to the patient portal for the CORE institute and download the paperwork to request your records be transferred.
Don't know you have to call or check their website 😁

It's Dr Vandian. He is a neurologist.
If you mean Dr John Brown, he specializes in sports medicine, particularly the shoulder and knee.
