ive been here many times and have always loved the experience every time. the men are always so welcoming with smiling faces and will help with any of your concerns. taking my truck here has been a life changer i trust the workers which is hard to do at many car maintenance places. i definitely recommend the one in valrico its one of the best!!!

I went to the location at 3526 Bell Shoals Road in Valrico Florida, on Monday 5/2/22 for a tuneup and transmission fluid change. The cost of the service was $200 more than I expected, but that is not the issue, because it appears they had to do something else to accomplish the service. I had been told that the service would take 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete so at 8 a.m. I left the car and went home. After two hours I tried to call the shop and as the manager (MIKE RIVERA) told me, he turned the phone off because he had three guys call in sick and was trying to do too many services. I went there at noon and the service still wasn't complete. He showed me another small hose that he had to replace and that took a while. When the service was finally complete near 1 p.m., he told me that they had trouble starting the car and I should go get the battery checked because they had difficulty at times starting the car. (I'm not convinced about this). So after paying your company almost $1000, I had to go and see about the battery the next day. When I got to the parts store and opened the hood, the engine cover was missing! I called the shop and the employee on duty couldn't find it and told me to come back. I went by the next day and the employee Emory went to look for it, and he couldn't find it. When I called manager MIKE RIVERA yesterday (5/6/22) he first said that "Ill have to check the security cameras to see when my guys took it off and where they put it". He insinuated that maybe my car didn't even have the engine cover. He then said that he would look for it one more time and then order one for me and call me back. I've now spent more than a week dealing with this issue which should have never happened. It appears that it happened because MIKE RIVERA and his 1 employee that reported to work that day were too busy. This experience has soured me towards using Jiffy Lube for anything. I came in with high hopes and your company has let me down.

The staff working at this location was very helpful. They are thorough with their explanations and honest with their recommendations for additional services. These guys really seem to enjoy their job. They smile while working and have a great demeanor. Wait was adequate. Would come again, for sure.

I arrived a little before 7pm and Mike Rivera couldn’t have been more accommodating knowing he was going to be there a little after they closed at 7pm. Friendly, courteous, and professional. Glad to see a new manager at this location that has pride in the service and experience he and his team are providing to their customers. Keep up the great work Mike and team!
