This Hand and Stone location is beautiful, and the girls up front are friendly ! I’ve been to another Hand and Stone location where the service was not up to par for the price of the service. I get facials with my membership. Kelsey from this location is super sweet and I felt her service was worth the money. Worth the $80 a month, worth the additional money for add ons while in session, worth the gratuity. I felt relaxed and I felt like my needs and concerns for my skin were taken into consideration. What’s important to feel when getting a service is you’ve been given great customer service, communication, and it’s been customized to my needs and wants. That’s exactly what I got here.

I asked for a experienced massage therapist. When I spoke with her I explained what I needed done with my neck and head due to the car accident I was in . I asked for her to focus on my neck and base of my head and feet but give a medium presure full body massage. Instead I got soaked in oil, hardly touched my feet and never worked on my neck. She just told me to schedule more time next time. I will never go back there again.this was the most unprofessional massage I have ever had.
