Had the worst experience there a few years back. The recruiter didn't care about what I enjoy and my area of interest but encouraged me to take whatever opening they have which is the least I wanted. I know I still have the choices but the recruiter was kind of forcing me with the indication that there may not be another one that pay so good or for an international student there really were not that many opportunities out there. I guess this is their culture. Not about their client and certainly not about their pool of talents that are eager to get a job, but only about that %of share and commission that they can get.

Unprofessional, out-dated recruitment pipeline, and questionable sourcing practices. The last agent who reached out to me kept calling me baby, and honey... She barely let me speak, and wouldn't stop calling me from different numbers to get an answer about a role -- her name was Sasha Saghbazarian. In a time before, was placed in a role that was poorly researched in terms of cultural fit via Boston, MA. They were more concerned about me staying three months than finding me a role that aligned with the values I had expressed. If this company contacts you, make sure to ignore, block, and or remove your name from the data center. Avoid the mess...

Office Team talks a good talk but in the end can't deliver. Terrible follow through & professional skills. They claim your a great employee but never will call you back for jobs. Always having to call in for job assignments. Do not waste your time or energy. In the end Office Team a huge No.

Account temps does not care about what's best for you or the placement company. They just want to fill positions. They have selective hearing. They act like they are concerned with listening to what your needs are, but at the end of the day, a person that's not working isn't making them money. There is also a big disconnect internally. You will end up talking to several people just to get one thing accomplished. They're so disorganized that they sent me duplicate emails and emails belonging to other clients. Lastly, a few of the employees do know their stuff and seem caring and insightful, but most of the other employees are like pushy sales reps. A man named Lucas threatened me. He said if I didn't return to a job (that was a terrible fit) Accountemps wouldn't work with me on future jobs. They've completely turned me off of temp agencies.
