The workers Dekevis and Taveon were DENYING food service to a paying customer! Please reconsider their employment to this establishment!

Ordered online ahead of time. Came in and had to wait on three people from a different group of people that walked in because they (the patrons) were being rude and impatient. My food sat on the shelf the entire time while I waited for THEIR food to be done so they didn’t complain when I got mine. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. It said 13-18 minutes and I waited about 40 because they didn’t want to hear them complain. I also had to go back in to ask for my drinks, and then remind the FOH personnel what my drinks were three times. The food is good but the location and professionalism is underneath the barrel.

I ordered a 20 piece wing and the wings were so hard. When I did say something about it the person did not try to assist me in a way of remaking the order or anything she just basically looked at me like oh well. I know a lot of times when you have a young person working at an establishment you're not going to get the best customer service but if they could do it at Chick-fil-A they should be able to do it anywhere. It's all about the management and what they will put up with. If I can help it I will not go back to this Wingstop again I will go out of my way to go to another one.

Mojo is a boss, I’m a paramedic & I’ve been coming to this Wingstop 1-2 times a week for the last 6 months this while on shift & mojo always remembers me and my order exactly how I like it. Friendly service and good food for a affordable price! Shouts to the Manager Mojo she’s the reason I come back 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
