Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

On Google Maps, it said drive thru services, the window is not boarded up or say not available no more. BOA closed drive thru services plus 9am to 4pm, most people start work at 8 am, 830 am or 9am so can't do before work and worked until 4pm or 5pm so can't do after work either. Guess customer service is not important to BOA.

My son went to the branch to take money out and he felt like he was treated like he was taking money out of another person's account. This young man did not deserve to be profiled the way he was.

Terrible experience I have cashed my check here several times and the only black girl there always gives me problems with my check! Like even then manager takes no longer then 3 minutes if that. Do you know how stupid you look always checking my checks the way you do!! please bring back Martha and keep the black chick in the back!! Just ridiculous now every time I see her I have to let someone else go in front because I don’t trust this chick with my info😒😒😒

I had a wonderful experience at this bank, great customer service, the manager and personal teller was awesome! Tamara update me with information that I didn't know for the past eight years I have been using bank of America. Really great service.
