Trifling apartments. Units are infested with roaches. Everything is outdated inside of the unit including appliances and door knobs. .Plumbing is bad in many units, Pool is filled with alage: Pool water has been yellow for nearly 3 weeks with yellow residue built up on pool walls and vent, and is still open for residents to use, Staff is rude and unorganized. lots of durg addicts roaming the complex

No stars there horrible the people there and management. I lived there for 4 years always was good, but one accident happen we even told them a few hours before they said it was fine but then a few days go by and we get a letter on are door saying to evacuate the apartments. Don’t do it

It will seem nice master bedroom has a bathroom ans a closet then hall way has a bathroom infront of the otjer room small kitchen roach everywhere maintenance suck ass and if and when your frigerator goes out the will not juat take forever to replace it it'll be from another unit witch 9/10 it is broke as well definitely don't recommend living here and plus 2bd 2ba isn't worth the price !
I'm not sure about the wait list but Siesta Pointe Apartments does not have any one bed room units... Just 2 bed rooms and up....
