I thought hell had frozen over. First time this place had a pizza ready once I arrived. With all the excitement I went home 15 min away, and placed the box on the table about to dig in to only find out the pizza was as hard as a rock! Had to drive 15 minutes back and wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. WORST PLACE EVER!

Horrible service, Horrible pizza. Jonathan has a STINK attitude. Didn't want to refund my payment and didn't want to remake the order. This had no tomato sauce like I asked when I made the order. If I wanted cheese and bread alone I wouldn't have spent money for it here. It was HORRIBLE.

Horrible management food order are behind and she is the back talking with a person who is not an employee. Also she's eating and walking around instead of helping her employee make the Pizza

Today, I waited for 15+ minutes at the counter to place my order at this Pembroke Pines location (Taft st & Douglas Road) and it never happened. Two employees came from the back to give waiting customers their orders. Both looked at me, as I waited at the counter, then returned to the back...never taking my order. This was my second attempt of buying pizza from Little Ceasars. So I went out of my way to go to the Pembroke Pines location on Taft & Douglas Road. The first location had no change....smh! Thank you Little Ceasars for that wonderful customer service. Off to Dominos I go!
