I had a fabulous time at my first appointment! (And let’s be honest I never thought I’d use the word fabulous when talking about a dentist office). Everyone was so kind and friendly, they gave me a tour, and introduced me to everyone I passed and they in turn took the couple of seconds to say hi to me, which I appreciated. Every new person that came into my exam room was introduced to me by someone I was already working with so there were no surprises. Every single person I worked with clearly explained everything, reviewed all my options, answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed out! I would absolutely recommend this office to any and everyone! I only regret not trying them sooner. I can’t say enough great things about this practice!!!

We moved here from Northern California and were looking for a new dentist. Dental Arts of Surprise is our new “Go To” dental office. The doctors and staff are wonderful and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilities are clean and modern with the latest in technology. Upon arrival we were greeted by Pam and was made to fell relaxed and comfortable. During our visit we saw doctor Eberhardt, he explained everything so well I had very few questions. He was assigned by technicians Jenni and Gina, both highly skilled. We had two wonderful hygienists in Mara and Alina. They took care to explain everything and they were very experienced and caring. The billing and administration was explained very well by Teresa. Everyone in the office were so caring, efficient and knowledgeable.

$250 for xrays and talk. The dentist never touched my mouth. Useless even though ad said they did all dental including implants and dentist would not even do an extraction.
