I picked up my food the driveway. My food was prepared for me in a reasonable time frame. My only gripe was the demand from the employee for me to move my car forward from the drive-thru window after just 10 seconds of me getting my food. During the the time I was just rolling my windows up and using the ubereats app to get the directions to the customers place for delivery. The employee said there's a timer used to calculate the amount of time each driver is a the window to be used to for performance ratings so I should move up. To me that is rude as I wasn't there for an excessive amount of time.

My wife and I travel several miles just to come to this particular KFC. The crew there are always warm, courteous and prompt. They have guaranteed return customers in us !

Drive through friendly. Got our two meals home boxes stuck together, bottom of box soaked with who knows what, Part of skin missing from the breast everything fell out wet bottom of box onto table.
