I have been going here for several years and so have many of my friends. They have always taken care of my feet and remember that I have a problem with a toe. Very friendly. Maybe you shouldn't judge with one visit. Everyone has a bad day.
I'm sorry, I don't remember exactly. I had a manicure and pedicure and think it was about $50 which I thought was very reasonable. I think you will be pleased with them.
