I decided to give this business an opportunity, as they are close to my house, I regret it with all my heart! The person that receives the clients was very rude and unprofessional. She treated me as if I couldn't pay for the services I requested. While I was having my pedicure done, that lady came to check on my nails. She started talking in her language with the one that was doing g my pedicure and left. Then, from the front area of the place, still in her language, kept on talking to another person. Out of a sudden, the one that was doing my pedicure finished talking to her and tells me that the lady wasn't going to do my nails with design because she had a lot of work. That I had to do them without a design. I told the lady that it was okay, that I just wanted some lines. The lady told me not to worry, because she could do the lines for me. After a few minutes, the lady that received me and receives the public, sends another woman to talk to me. That other lady stood next to me and says: "we are too busy, so we can't make you any designs. You have to do your nails with just a regular color". I just stared at her, and the lady that was doing my pedicure, very humble, tells the one that came sent by the other one that she had already spoken to me. Then, I was moved to do my nails with the one of the pedicure, and there comes the same lady to say: "your nails are going to be $80.00", like if she thought that I couldn't pay! At that point I just couldn't remain quite anymore, and I replied: "and what is the problem?". She named a price without even knowing what was the lady going to do on my nails!!! The lady kept on talking in her language to the others. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Finally at the end, I paid $150 for my nails.
