This is a great idea for parents traveling from india and the website stated Indian food with a tour guide. My parents recently completed their west coast tour with them on September 14th. While the details in the website looks too good, some things needs to be definitely fixed. 1. Traveling to LA from Vegas - The city tour of the LA was mainly staying in the bus for half of the day, just getting off in one place for 20 mins for pics. Hollywood sign was shown from like 20 miles away, Which was not very good and not a city tour as mentioned in the website. They Already traveled like 6 hours on the road from Vegas to LA, they were not checked into the hotel until 9:30 pm which was insane, they reached LA at 4 pm and they were just taking rounds in the bus until 7:30 for dinner and check in at 9:30. It can definitely be tiring for anyone, let alone older groups. 2. Universal studios day - they were told not to carry any bags or food inside the park. Many parents who went inside were so tired and they ended up buying some fruits since they couldn’t find many vegetation food options inside and the lines were insane. It’s a total misinformation especially to people who may have medical conditions and timely eating was needed which made it very bad. Pls update the guides to let them know, they can carry food inside the parks especially if you’ve dietary restrictions and/or medical conditions. 3. Yosemite - is not an attraction as stated, they take a detour from LA while traveling to SF where they spent like about 2-3 hours. Basically a pit stop for lunch and one or two view point pics. Nothing much. 4. Yosemite to SF - travel to SF in the bus for 4 hours, reach there at 5 pm and again round in the bus until 7:30 pm. Check in at 9:30 pm. There are good things like the guide was friendly, dinners were Indian as mentioned in the website, Grand Canyon planning was great, SF city tour was good. Really appreciate them coming up with the idea of Indian tour service and we will continue to use it. There needs to be some execution process that needs/could have been better. They’ve to streamline their process to make it more efficient as there’re people of older age groups here and they have to be considerate about planning the itinerary well so they are not really putting a lot of “just taking rounds in the bus kind of tour”. My parents were ok but there were others in the group who did not have any energy left to do with so much bus time and I heard there were several parents even expressed their concern to the guide. So much can be avoided.

It was a wonderful experience we had during the West Coast tour of US which was of 7 days. It was well organized, posh hotels were provided for staying. Good Indian food was provided wherever possible. The Tour Guide Shri Abhishek Mishra was cordial, cool, knowledgeable and was guiding and taking on the trip in a very punctual manner. The tour was from 1st June to 7th June. Started from Las Vegas to San Francisco. Kudos to the organisers and the Tour Guide. Special thanks to Mr.Rob, who was with us driving through the whole tour in a very good Bus. Thank you Open Winds.
