Update - we live .4 miles away and we typically walk. I drove last week to get a can opener at the grocery store in the middle of making dinner because my can opener broke. I stopped into Metz for a drink at the shopping center and was on my way out when the bartender Sandy verbally attacked me and accused me of things that I do not do. I left and picked up my can opener and drove home. She had called the police who picked me up at home. I am 61 years old, had a driver's license since I was 16 with no charges and I have never been in trouble my entire life. I spent 24 hours in jail and have been charged with a DUI. After 61 years of a clean record. I have no words. I had never met Sandy in my life. This is confusing but most importantly this one error of walking into Metz has altered my carefully lived life forever. BEWARE.
