Had Miles the sales rep out today (Orlando area). Tested my water, quoted, finance approval and install booked in a few days. All in an hour. Boom! Loved the mobile “showroom” in the Van. Great service, great knowledgeable guy, great product. Highly recommend

I am having trouble finding appropriate information on how to 1) determine the right size biofilter i need and 2) how to determine how many bioballs i need for said filter. Can anyone provide a cogent, non jargon filled esoteric answer?
