Yes just make sure you have your doctor's orders. And I think it is still just having one visit with you. As far as the ER... I do know that the police do bring people there for medical. And there is ALWAYS a wait. But they are good.

This hospital works with uninsured people. They offer flat-rates and discounts. It’s still expensive, cuz lets be real medical fees are, but they do give payment plans. Just have to talk to someone and see how they can work with you.

HCA Houston Healthcare West is a level 4 trauma center and can accommodate orthopedic injuries.

I would just deliver the flyer to the information desk so they are able to properly inform the hospital staff and visitors. That might be the best way

I was there 2 years ago When I had my daughter And I really liked it a lot The food was delicious The nurses were very good and attentive. Now I'm pregnant with my 2nd baby and they put me in a ben taub but I didn't like it. So I better change it to West Houston again because they give you your own room, not like in other hospitals. and it is very clean and fast when you arrive the truth I recommend it.

Sounds like it may possibly be a pinched nerve. But the other two mentioned are definite possibilities as well. Definitely go the the ER. West Houston Medical Center ER is fairly well staffed usually.
