This district transportation is horrible. My son was assign to attend ALC for 15days n the bus was assign to pick him up and drop him off. They fails to put my son, who is in elementary on the pick up list. My son was continuing to miss school because of the bus not showing up to pick him up.transportation told me they had no one to come out to pick him up.they have a man name Chuck who answers the phone who is very rude and not helpful at all. This is the worst Iβve ever experienced with transportation and is not safe for a child.thereβs no reason a 7 year old should be standing outside for 2hours plus without being picked up and no one call to inform the working parent.anything can happen.

My sons bus driver is nice but the buses are always late when I call the dispatch always has an attitude when Iβm trying to find out what is going on (I call when the bus is 20 minutes or more late) but some how the bus always breaks down or the driver is having trouble with it. Which makes me concerned that our children are on buses that are not reliable. And the kids getting dropped off in the afternoon is normally about 20 minutes late as well. The buses definitely need to be kept up more and just replaced if they are always going to break down.

If youβre a bus driver in the district and need a mechanic, choose Jonathan, you wonβt be sorry I can tell you that for sure! He goes by the book at work and is an EXCELLENT communicator!

Because the children make them so
Yes they do
If the bus driver genuinely saw you and left, you have to report the bus number to the school. If this only happened once the school won't take it as seriously, but if it happens again make a report to the schools transportation department telling them the bus number and route the bus follows.
Its likely they are covering other routes for drivers that are out
Have you called and asked to speak with the supervisor of bus 16? That is your 1st option. Then you could ask to speak to the director of Transportation. Following the chain of command will work.
