The associate was alone, I tryed to log on to make my appointment online and it kept asking for my password reset. I walked in she would barely say two words to me. Poor , poor service. Last time this was speedy service. People make the difference. I needed the blood work done quickly and she could care less.I booked online at another location and go seen asap.

The attention is derogatory with Hispanics, they did not attend my husband, he arrived 20 minutes before the appointment, he went to the window to say that he had an appointment at 1:20 and they never called him, it took 40 minutes and my husband told them What happened and they told him that he had lost his appointment, and to make a new one, don't play with the dignity of people, we all deserve dignified treatment.

In my experience, everything went very quickly and we received good treatment despite not mastering the language and the nervousness of La Niña, the Assistant was very kind.

According to their website you cannot walk in and get tested. You either get a test mailed to you or you go to your own doctor or other test facility.
No, they aren't that kind of clinic, they are only a walk-in or appointment kind of clinic. I would google specifically for clinics that will make house calls if that's what you're looking for.
