My experience at the right step was amazing! From the Nurses and the RAs all the way down to the counselors! Rita always made sure I had my needs met, this is truly a great place.

This place is terrible. Staff is terrible. They’ll mess you up more than help you. Spread rumors about you. I’ve done better in my sober living place than they ever did for me. They’ll tell you you’ll relapse and die if you leave. I am sober and doing great which has absolutely nothing to do with them. Except counselor Uam she is great and will teach you a lot. But everyone else is terrible. And Melissa the nurse practitioner is amazing. A few other good people. Dr. Mar the psychiatrist is good. And Angelica the RA is great. Everyone else is trash. This place is not worth it at all.

My experience was horrible. I went to the right step very healthy and after a week I had the flu and covid 19.... A lot of other clients were infected with flu and covid also but the right step continued to bring in new clients. I was in quarantine most of my stay and didn't get any real recovery before being told I had to leave. My counselor shouldn't be a counselor because she doesn't show any passion for her job. The portions of food they serve adults are ridiculous and you can't bring your own snacks but the snacks they say you can't bring in they sell them out a vending machine. I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to the right step
