Owner was great very respectful. HOWEVER, the lady with the half shaved head I believe the assistant is her role was VERY RUDE and is going to tear this business down. For one she rushed us the entire time. You are in the wrong industry and if you don’t know you should be very sensitive to people during this time. She had a attitude about the obituaries as I stated our family did not have many. She was threatening to have cars towed even though there is literally hardly even any parking at this super small establishment. I caught her rolling her eyes in irritation as people kept going back up to the casket before it was about to be closed. As stated before if you’re not going to be sensitive to people during this time, FIND ANOTHER JOB. Rushing us out so much she had them giving out expensive flowers that had been sent from loved ones for SPECIFIC people. Rushing so much she just gave them to anyone even NON-FAMILY members. Versus just taking the time to read the cards and know who to give it too. She will be the reason this business eventually starts to go down.

Marilyn and Michael was very nice and compassionate during this difficult time. My father was put away very nice. Great staff, great people! Wonderful service! Thank you for everything!

This was the worst experience my family went through. 5 other people in caskets in the same room, staff/owner was rude dressed in gardening clothes and applying make up on Deceased person . It was extremely disrespectful to walk passed other grieving families to get to our loved one. I do not recommend this displace to take care of your loved one if you care about them you will be extremely upset of their services Every single change that is made comes at a cost including the replacement of a hat on another note I will say that the limousine driver was very nice understanding and respectful that's the only positive thing I have to say about this place
