If you want your car keep valuable, then please please don't move to here. I've never seen any grass maintain team blowing grass like the team work over here. In general, dust and garbage near the car should be swept out with a broom and then blown together, but they never do it, they will blowing everything around your car, they don't care if the gravel in the dust blowing up will scratch your car or not, and they always leave you with a filthy car after work. No one will take responsibility for the car damage.

I want to rate this as 0 stars. This new management is worst than the last one. I been staying over here for 2 years. I always paid for my reserved parking. I had 2 spaces due to me having 2 cars. Now they’re saying since I’m the only person on my lease I can only have one parking space. Hmmmm why does it matter if I’m paying for both spaces. Not only that you have me dry sitting in the office for an hour overlooking me but when your color walks in you talk care of them instead of me. It took another resident to come in and tell me to go speak to the supervisor she ain’t no better they’re very rude yall just walk in people apartments not knocking on doors for what I didn’t have any maintenance issues so why are you coming inside of my unit for I have cameras on the inside of my apartment and outside of my apartment. I will be contacting corporate and filing an complaint about how you told me that my other vehicle can’t be on the property. Please don’t move here things haven’t been the same since the freeze

I’ve had the worse experience this year since I renewed my lease. I have been out of an ac for 2 months already and still no fix while i’m about to be 8 months pregnant. I have to practically beg for them to even go and check it and they’ll come up with every little excuse and the only solution they had was install a portable unit a week ago because I raised my voice, my apartment was literally 100 degrees. I have never felt so desperate and neglected because I have always been a good tenant that pays on time and stays out of trouble. I feel so sorry for all my other neighbors that are having the same issues and the new people moving in. Definitely do not recommend living here, it’s the worst place to live.

Do not move here . I was without AC for 2 WEEKS and they didn’t care to fix it or reimburse us for fixing it ourselves since it wasn’t considered an “EMERGENCY” in this 100 degree weather. I called about 10 times a day and they would never pick up. Had to stay at out of the apartment 2 weeks and they are still charging me FULL RENT. My car was stolen TWICE and they had no security, no cameras and the gates are ALWAYS OPEN. They have changed management like 5 times in the last month , so work orders have not been taken. I can’t wait till my lease is over. I REGRET leasing with them. Don’t be fooled by these good reviews, they were YEARS AGO.

Questions & Answers

Why does maintenance take over 2 weeks to make repairs? When I sat in the front office to get some air Luis called the police and kicked me out of the front office for exercising my 1st amendment right

I'm wondering the same thing. My stove was out a week before and after Thanksgiving. My family had to go somewhere else late notice & also I've been waiting 2 weeks on them to patch a hole from the second rat that has entered my apartment from chewing through the sheetrock! He most likely will throw me out today because I'm going to the office this morning and am not happy.

There is an add for this on fb market in spanish with water included, no app fee, no security deposit. 1 bd 300/month. Why? Just put the correct price. The add was in spanish so are spanish speakers getting a cheaper price?
