Update: Improved service for the dine in experience. Faster and same friendly service. So changed to 4 stars. Old review: Service is usually very slow here but, this last time, much better. The servers are always friendly though.

The first time I went to Buffalo wild wings the food was horrible and I didn't think I would ever go back the wings were severely dry and the atmosphere was not good. But I did go back because I love wings and I will have to say for there just to be a handful of people in there working because other people didn't want to work or show up the atmosphere was still great the wait was a little bit longer but the food was well worth it. The drinks were as well.

Long wait before ordering once we were seated. Our orders were wrong, had to wait a long time for refills and our check was wrong eventhough I carefully explained how it needed to be divided since we had 2 families. Waitress nicely agreed to change the channel on one of the TVs near us however she never actually changed it. I had never been here but everyone else in our party had...they said this service was subpar from what they usually experience. For me it was a bad experience overall...especially since there was plenty of other restaurants to choose from in the area. Food was good though. My recommendation, avoid going here if you are in any hurry at all or just plan to be there for a bit. Once again, food was delicious.

Waited 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge we were here. The appetizer was fresh and hot, then waited 20 mins just to find out the server messed up the order. The fries were cold and waited another 10 mins to get the wing order correct. The wings were good but I would recommend other options around this area, definitely not worth the wait.
