I am a Wisconsin resident and they claimed jurisdiction over my divorce even though I have never been to Washington. They entered an uncontested final judgement on my divorce case without my consent or signature. My attorney E. Allen Walker and his legal assistant Sue Heileson did not use any hours on his $3,000 retainer to represent me. My wife owes me my $1,400 COVID relief check and they said it would be sent by mail but it never arrived. The mediation is a scam, do not sign any documents until you reach trial. I did not even see the final judgement until 4 days after this was filed as uncontested without my consent, and I had to request the paperwork from my attorney. This was a bar attorney they chose to represent me and he was clearly a con artist. I immediately called the court and asked for a different attorney, but I was told that I did not have a choice in representation. All of the documents are nonsense, do not sign any of them. My credit score has immediately tanked over 100 points after the final judgement was entered, someone must be committing credit fraud from this court**please read edit**. NEVER trust this court. Edit 6/7/21: I just got credit karma and my credit scores are looking fine and there is no fraud. For some reason my banker told me my trans union score dropped. I will be keeping a close eye on it now. Edit: Apparently this court allows your attorney to file a "notice of intent to withdraw" without your permission and your attorney can flee with your retainer. This court will trample all of your rights. Edit: Credit Karma is not updating accurately. I got a letter from Transunion saying that my credit scores dropped about 75 points immediately after the final divorce order. Edit 7/16/21: I’m not receiving my stimulus checks, they’re being sent to my exwife. I just found out she didn’t even have her name changed from my last name like we agreed in our divorce so that she can continue to social security and credit fraud me forever. I’m locked out of the social security website so I will never receive benefits and Brook will just continue to take benefits in my name forever. I begged the judge to contact me by phone and email because I am about to die, but she refused to ever speak to me even once. I have never literally never spoken to the judge once during the entire trial and she only frauded me the entire time.

Been to many court houses, the staff was probably the most friendly staff I've met. Hands down the most nice building I've ever been in. Very helpful also for people who never been there!

Great location off of Tacoma Avenue, lots of paid parking make sure you bring cash or credit card. The property is on a hillside with lots of topography but it is all ADA compliant with wheelchair ramps and elevators to go up to the courthouse. They have vendors with snacks coffee premade sandwiches etc. The property has been renovated but it’s starting to get dated. bathrooms could always be a little cleaner. It’s a courthouse in a “public facility” what else would you expect?
