I love my local USPS always so friendly and helpful ❤️ I especially love our kind and caring delivery driver, I wish I knew his name but he delivers up around the prison/high school area and he’s the best!! Only recommendation is it would be great to get a package drop off near the P.O. Boxes (rather than just the letter slot) to save some time rather than having to wait in line to get in the main office each time.

Monroe US Post Office has the worst group of people working at this location. Absolutely terrible customer service. Postal carriers deliver mail to the wrong addresses all week long, apparently not caring about the quality of their work. They even held my mail for 2 months once and the people in their office couldn’t find what the carrier did with my mail, including key medicines that were sent by mail. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Yes!!! They will put a note (yellow card stock slip) to tell you that you have a package or sometimes they leave a key for a lockbox for you to get it yourself.

You can go online usps. Com -help then missing mail . Or you can call them to know what was the problem . Did they leave a yellow paper , said that they came ?
