Horrible experience. When we first walked in the hostess was too busy talking to coworkers at the to go area to notice us. A different server had to tap her and point to us. Then we sat there for a little over 15 mins without being acknowledged while 4 different dervers were in and out of the dine in area. We ended up walking out. With total time of a little over 20 mins with no acknowledgement I'll find somewhere else to eat

It was fair. Waitress did not give us her name. She spent more time talk to other help had to ask for napkins. kinda shifted eye like she didn't care. we had walkers to help us get around. We asked for wings to go and sack to carry the wings there wasn't any sauce on them and we asked for sauce and again the eyeballs shifted up as if she was listening to her mom and mentally saying "what ever." We both felt she was disrespectful. After we asked for the the sack she got one.. we left the cash on table and sat there 10 to 15 minutes she still didn't come then we had to ask another waitress if it was OK to leave we left a tip but we should not have left one. She was a very poor waitress. It will be a long long time before we come back to BWW.

Giving this only 4 stars due to the poor, unfriendly service. When we arrived the hostess and a server were at the door and seated us immediately. It was around 1pm and only 4 other customers seated inside. After our server brought our drinks we had to wait for her return despite being told she would be right back for our order. We had the $10 lunch special and the food was great; boneless garlic parmesan wings - YUM! We waited and waited for our server to return and finally went inside to guy find her (we were seated on the porch) and only saw one customer and no servers. In a few minutes our server appeared with our check. From the moment we entered the building until we left we both felt like an inconvenience to the staff. We tipped our server 20% not because she delivered great service - definitely not! - but because we were sympathetic to these being difficult times. We enjoyed our meal but with the poor service has us thinking twice about returning. Can't imagine what it's like if their busy!
