The waitress never even walked over to our table. We waited 30 minutes for no service. We were called racist remarks (mumbled to other coworker) as we walked out without any service. Will not be back ever. The waitress had long black hair. I don’t expect much from Waffle House, but this is beyond repair. Do not venture to this location if you are a person of color or are with people of color. They will not even attempt to notice you.

I'm giving this a three-star because I've went to this specific 3 times and it was wonderful service the first two but went at 8 20 in the morning no one was trying to take my order for takeout I ordered biscuits and gravy and a hash brown country style there was no gravy on my biscuits and by biscuits I mean one biscuit cut in half for $11 which I feel is unacceptable I was a waitress for many years so I know what good customer service is will not be returning

Rita took very good care of us. She even made a pot of dark roast coffee for me. Eggs and hashbrowns were yummy. Waffle, so good. Generous bacon serving. Convenient parking.

lady literally said one second and put me on hold for 10 minutes. she never came back so i hung up and called back just to hear the message they aren’t taking orders over the phone. she could’ve said something. update: went in for food, waited super long. just to get the wrong food 45 minutes later. they really don’t care. no one was answering the phone. update: i called a couple weeks later got the same lady who said 1 second and left me on hold forever. she needs to be fired. i work in customer service and i would never treat customers this way, she consistently neglects her customers and gets paid for it. she leaves the phone off the hook while i’m waiting. so i can’t hang up and call back and no one else can call while the phone is just sitting there. i can hear her talking in the background. i’m not exaggerating, her “one second” was over an hour before i finally gave up which is probably what she wanted. i called back 3 times and didn’t get an answer. consistent terrible customer service
