Lowes is unfortunately going the way of Walmart. They have opened several self checkout lanes. More and more the regular check out lanes are not available forcing you to use the self checkout lanes. I refuse to check myself out at any store. Yesterday at ~ 6:00 all the regular lanes were closed and there were 11 customers lined up at the self checkout lanes with one customer service person assisting. I ask a manager if they could open at least one regular lane and was told “she must be on lunch” and I could use the self checkout. After telling her I would not be using the self checkout I placed my items on the return counter and left. It’s very apparent some stores put money savings above customer service. I’ll start taking my business to our local Ace Hardware, which I should have been doing all along.

The staff was extremely helpful & courteous! The store internet service is so horrible I could not use my app to pay for my purchases. I won't be able to shop there much

I love this site bc it has a little bit more to offer than some locations due to it being in a small town. I cut a few of the employees hair sometimes and when they see me always stop to say hello. Feels like home.

Best Lowes I have ever been to and I have lived in several states the last 20 plus years. Set up is great and people are helpful. No hassle for returns. 10% Military discount and they always thank me for my service at the checkout. We replace all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and built a two tier deck. All from this store. As with any store inspect your lumber before checkout.
