Normally I’m a customer of the office near park city in Lancaster but I happen to be over this way by this office so I stopped in quick just to get my glasses tightened. The woman helping me was very nice but there was another woman working who was sitting with a customer at the time I walked in who was extremely RUDE, When asked if I normally stop in this office I answered no and that I was simply there to get my glasses tightened, This woman got up walked away from her customer came over to the front desk and proceeded to tell the woman who was helping me not to touch my glasses and to give them right back to me. I instantly frowned my face because I didn’t understand why she would say that. She then told the woman not to tighten them for me because Iam not a loyal customer there and that if they break it will be a huge issue. I had to bite my tongue I didn’t expect for any issues, Who would have thought it’s an issue just to get your glasses tightened? I wish I could have caught her name because I would have wrote it in BOLD letters here for everyone to see.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in today for my appointment which I scheduled over the phone. When I made my appointment, I had to make it through the automated system. I arrived for my appointment and I was told that today was the last day that the doctor was working here and the optometrist said she left messages to all of the patients who had an appointment. The ophthalmologist was only seeing 5 patients today and that was it. I received no message whatsoever, and then she was unable to pull up my appointment in the system. I showed her the confirmation text message for my appointment and she said, “well it doesn’t say the specific location on the text” and told me that there’s no automated system to make an appointment when I call. She made it seem like I was lying and I am highly offended by this. The treatment I received at this location is unacceptable. I do not recommend that you book your appointment at this location. The treatment and attitude I received was highly unprofessional and rude. NEVER going to this place again.

The worse eye care place. I had an appointment scheduled, & when I arrived the office was closed. Total waste of time and gas! Such a disappointment. Never going back
