Can’t remember the guys name that works in there. He claims to be a master barber but has no idea how to do a fade. One of my worst cuts ever. I had to agree that it looked ok just so I could get out of there instead of letting him mess it up even worse. I’ve had several cuts at this location and they usually are good but this is twice with this barber and both were horrible.

Been several times before called and just asked for the lady who had been cutting my hair. Guess woman who answered phone didn't like Stephanie because I was promptly just hung up on. Called corporate and Brenda was useless couldn't even file a complaint. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE OR ANY OF THERE SHADY STORE'S

Sign in online. Everytime. This is a busy place and typically slammed in the afternoons. We've typically seen a different hairdresser each time. No complaints out of any of them!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
