Door dash guy stole my pizzas tonight. I will probably never order delivery from another restaurant ever again. If I would have known doordash was delivering I never would have even ordered. James I hope you enjoyed my pizzas 🙄

I wouldn't give even 1 star but there is no way to leave less. I placed an order at 9:32 pm on Tuesday, April 12th. I was contacted at 9:37 pm because one item was sold out and I had to change the order. Got it changed by the caller and was informed that they would have to use Doordash for delivery and if Doordash didn't pick up the order for delivery then they would have to cancel my order. I didn't receive a call telling me that they were having to cancel my order nor were the charges made to my card were credited back to me. Yes, the Harriman, Tn. store closed at 10:00 pm but that is no excuse for not calling me before they left the store to inform me that they were cancelling my order and the order tracker showed making your order and the phone was not being answered after 10:00 pm. Some of the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life! I also will not be able to contact them until after 10:30 am tomorrow to hopefully have my money credited back to my card. I truly doubt that I will ever try to order from them again. I also wonder about paying a delivery charge of $4.99 to a Pizza Hut when they are not actually delivering but using an outside delivery service(Doordash) for delivery. Is the $4.99 charge being given to Doordash or being kept by Pizza Hut? Very, very aggravated, angry and disappointed with Pizza Hut!!!

I really hate to leave bad reviews but this place has gone down hill. The last 3 orders I have made have been completely wrong 2 times now they tried to give me someone else’s order and we had to sit and wait for them to make it. The other time the forgot 2 whole pizzas. I’m can understand certain little misses but this is ridiculous.
