Amazing firemem, they are so caring without judging people .my microwave turned on by itself and was getting hotter to touch,I couldn't reach the plug, its a built in kind, the tray was super hot to touch.i dialed 911 and they came ,they are taller than me,so they opened the door to where the plug was and just unplugged it they saved me and a prevented explosion and a fire in my home.

These firefighters are amazing. I appreciate them saving my puppy from under a low bridge in Arcadia park.

No Ma'am, we don't. I'm sorry. Just use as many garden hoses as you have faucets is my recommendation.
Yes, we will
The Fire Department does not take unused medications. I hope this helps

Hello. If this is about your smoke detectors you can fill out the form in this link or call the non-emergecy dispatch number. http://fortworthtexas.gov/fire/contact/
Hi Tim. We generally perform annual fire inspections at businesses but I haven't ever done an inspection on a home. All you really need is to be sure you have smoke detectors in every bedroom and change the battery in them twice a year. We see house fires started many different ways, some you can control and some you can't. Lightning strikes start some fires but others are started by careless cooking or chimneys falling into disrepair. Just be careful and have those smoke detectors and you are pretty much doing everything you can do.
